Overall objective: To have municipalities with local development strategies ready for implementation, and human capacities capable of developing strategies on their own in the future.

Specific objective: To provide target municipalities with technical and training assistance in making of local development strategies .

Results:

Transforming strategy into annual work plan aligned with the local government budget;
Strenghtening the local development management function;
Strenghtening local project capacity;
Fostering partnership and dialogue between local governments and private sector;
Improving knowledge and skills for strategy monitoring, annual reporting and following year’s operational and financial planing;
