PLOD Center provided training/workshop (Introduction to Writing Project Proposals According to EU Standards) for EKUS (Ecological Coalition of the Una River Basin) members coming from several organizations from the Northwest region of B&H.

The training included the following:

• introduction to writing of project proposals
• analysis of published call for proposals and guidelines for making of project proposal
• review of application form
• review and analysis of logical frame matrix
• review and analysis of budget matrix
• exercise: making a budget for project proposal
• identification of the ToR for project proposal

PLOD Center is in charge of:

• organization of the training and used presentations
• preparation of materials
• additional consulting services
