PLOD Center provided PCM training for the employees of Bihac Municipality. The topic itself was extremely interesting to the municipal workers, because it will be necessary to know PCM in order to lead Bosnia-Herzegovina towards European integrations.

The training included the following:

• introduction to PCM (Project Cycle Management)
• identification of ToR for project proposal
• logical framework
• application in accordance with the EU procedures
• review of application form
• review and analysis of budget matrix
• implementation, monitoring and evaluation

PLOD Center is in charge of:

• organization of PCM training and presentations
• preparation of materials
• additional consulting services
