General objective is improving the organization and association of farmers raising the level of knowledge of 28 farmers' associations with a focus on the milk / meat production, vegetable production, organizational management, business planning, administration, financial management, IT and dispute resolution, and thus build capacity for existing farmers' associations and provide support to farmers in order to improve the quality of its products and achieving a higher market price and support to income generation in rural areas by improving the knowledge of farmers, members of 28 associations of manufacturers of meat / milk and vegetables (berries and vegetables), as well as the basic organizational / self-organizational organizations and management.
Specific objectives for the training of farmers and agricultural producers association management and the registration process associations of farmers and agricultural producers is to strengthen the capacity of agricultural associations by organizing training for 28 farmers 'associations and capacity building of farmers through organized training sessions for farmers from 14 municipalities and 28 farmers' associations.
Results:
- training for 28 farmers 'associations held;
- capacity of farmers through organized training sessions for farmers from 14 municipalities and 28 farmers' associations built.
PLOD Center is in charge of:
- more effective networking of farmers with the targeted markets,

- farmers - meat/milk - training course for farmers (14 PA) with focus on milk/meat production;
- farmers - vegetables training course for 14 PA with focus on vegetable production: berry-shaped fruits and vegetables in.
