General objective is employment of the youth through building and affirmation of the entrepreneurial spirit and encouraging young people to take the steps necessary for development and implementation of their business idea to its knowledge with support from the municipal administration and other stakeholders in economic development.
Specific objective is establishment of longterm cooperation of the yourth with local authorities and other stakeholders in economic development, as well as raising of public awareness raising public awareness in relation to the importance of youth employment and promotion of innovative business ideas of young entrepreneurs.
Results:
- through implementation of this activity at least 3 business plans are supported and 3 young persons get employed annually, while at least 50 potential and existing young entrepreneurs are encouraged to start process of business planning and projects creation;
- at least 5 companies and organizations are included into process of building and establishment of the system of longterm and continous support to young entrepreneurs and those who want to become one.
PLOD Center is in charge of:
- creation of project proposal for local administration that will offer systematic solution, i.e. define local politics towards the issue of the youth and support that should be given to them in the process of employment and self-employment.
- education of potential competitors on business planning, financial and operational management, human resources management and marketing
