General objective: Bihac Municipality, led by positive examples from the neighboring Croatia, is planning to make guidelines for implementing the project which would be applied in implementation of some capital projects important for the local community.

Specific objective: PLOD Centre’s task is to provide professional support to the municipal officials who will create the local guidelines with the above mentioned support.

Results:

    • Development opportunities through application of PPP models presented;
    • Workshop with selected team of Bihac Municipality employees held;
    • Brochure-Investors guide for PPP projects created.

      PLOD Center is in charge of:

        • organisation of presentations and workshops
        • preparation of materials
        • creation of brochure
        • regular reporting to relevant municipal officials regarding the process
